Terms and Conditions Baji99 – Official Platform Usage Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and baji99 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the baji99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the baji99 platform and must cease use immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the baji99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a natural person (not a company, organisation, or other entity).
• Not included on any list of persons prohibited from using online betting platforms.
• Not located in a territory or jurisdiction that specifically prohibits the use of online betting services.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period or platform ban from any gambling operator.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the baji99 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. baji99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Any activity carried out using your login credentials is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have reported loss of access to the baji99 support team in writing.
• KYC identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address.
• Baji99 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account while a review or verification process is underway.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Baji99 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted system.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your baji99 account name. Third-party deposits will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or eWallet verified through your KYC process.
• Baji99 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, bank transfer fees may be applied by your financial institution.
• Baji99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals above certain limits, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Deposited funds not yet used for wagering may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification requirements.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Baji99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer.

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Every bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before any wins from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the specified period without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at any time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: baji99 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold wins if there is evidence of bonus system abuse, including hedging (arbitrage) using multiple accounts.
• VIP Program: Eligible members will be invited to join the baji99 VIP loyalty programme, which offers exclusive benefits including higher withdrawal limits, personalised cashback, and a dedicated account manager.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the baji99 platform are subject to game-specific rules available in the help section of each game. In general, the following rules apply to all games:

• All game results are final once a round is completed. Winnings will be credited to your account automatically.
• In the event of a technical issue or system disruption during gameplay, baji99 reserves the right to void or replay a game round and return the original bet to the player.
• Bets placed after the outcome is known (in live casino games) are void and will be automatically cancelled.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the prices used to calculate wins, even if the odds change after the bet is confirmed.
• Baji99 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (obvious error) and return the wagered amount to the player.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. baji99 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji99 platform and may result in immediate account termination and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts) or sharing an account with another individual.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Abusing the bonus system through hedge betting, bonus arbitrage, or any form of promotional exploitation.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or harassing manner towards other members or baji99 staff.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the baji99 platform's security systems.
• Depositing funds using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

8 Account Security and Member Responsibilities

The security of your baji99 account is a shared responsibility. baji99 provides a high-grade security system, but you as a member also play an important role in keeping your account safe.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account. Change your password regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security on your baji99 account.
• Do not log in to your baji99 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after every gaming session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account to the baji99 support team immediately.
• Baji99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not give your password to anyone claiming to be baji99 staff.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Baji99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or harmful behaviour.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the baji99 support team. For accounts closed at the member's request, any eligible remaining balance will be returned after the review process is complete.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, baji99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to the use of this platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering activity.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Loss of data or information due to technical failures beyond baji99's control.
• Damage caused by malware or cyberattacks unrelated to baji99's systems.
• Game results deemed unfair by a member but confirmed fair by a certified RNG system.

Baji99's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Disputes and Complaint Procedure

If you have any dispute relating to games, transactions, or baji99 services, please follow the complaint procedure below:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the baji99 customer support team via live chat or email. Include complete details such as your transaction ID, date, and time of the incident.
• Step 2 – Internal Review: The baji99 team will review your complaint within 3–5 business days and provide an initial response.
• Step 3 – Resolution: If a complaint is resolved at this stage, the resolution will be enforced within 5–7 business days.
• Step 4 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request a higher-level review via baji99's official email by referencing your case number.

12 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Baji99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

• Baji99 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of important changes via in-platform notices or registered email.
• It is the member's responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• If you disagree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact the baji99 support team to close your account.

This Terms and Conditions document is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
